Event Rentals
It brings us so much joy that you’re thinking of using our studio for your special event.
After receiving so many requests in our old studio we wanted to make sure our friends and the community could use this space for all their important days and cool projects.
We currently are renting out the space in two configurations:
Studio A or The Entire Studio
Apologies for this slew of rules but we would like to be upfront from the get-go as we are renting out our dream studio.
Event rentals run until 1 AM with special exceptions made on a case-by-case basis for later end times. Rentals running after 1 AM will be subject to the hiring of security through our preferred vendors.
Rentals are required to return the space in the condition it is found. Bookings that do not comply are subject to a $350/hr cleaning charge with a minimum of two hours. (hourly rental cost + cleaning costs)
Overtime charges for event rental is billed at $400/hr out of respect for our late-night crews and our neighbours.
Damaged furniture or amenities will be billed at full replacement cost.

We have a 0 tolerance policy for smoking and loitering outside the studio A doors. Keep music to a reasonable level after 11pm. We have a noise monitoring system and will notify you if things are too much for the neighbourhood. No one wants to talk to cops.
