Event Rentals

It brings us so much joy that you’re thinking of using our studio for your special event.
After receiving so many requests in our old studio we wanted to make sure our friends and the community could use this space for all their important days and cool projects.

Daytime events can be booked in any configuration, for Studio A specific rentals please contact us for a private link.
Evening events currently are rented in two configurations: Studio B or The Entire Studio booked below.

Rules

Apologies for this slew of rules but we would like to be upfront from the get-go as we are renting out our dream studio.

  • DEPOSIT Renters are required to pay a deposit at the time of booking (see add ons) to ensure these rules are followed. This deposit will be refunded the following business day and funds are processed by Square within a 7 day period to all rentals who comply by these rules.

  • OVERTIME Event rentals run until 1 AM with special exceptions made on a case-by-case basis for later end times. Overtime charges for event rental is billed at $400/hr out of respect for our late-night crews and our neighbours.

  • DAMAGE Renters are required to return the space in the condition it is found. Bookings that do not comply are subject to a $250/hr cleaning charge with a minimum of two hours. (hourly rental cost + cleaning costs) Damaged furniture or amenities will be billed at full replacement cost.

  • NOISE We have a 0 tolerance policy for smoking and loitering outside the Studio A alleyway doors. Anyone who creates excessive noise in the alleyway after 11pm will immediately forfeit their damage deposit.

  • Keep music to a reasonable level after 11pm. We have a noise monitoring system and will notify you if things are too much for the neighbourhood. Anyone who creates excessive noise to disturb the neighbours after 11pm will immediately forfeit their damage deposit.
